Cancellation Charges
Note: If a reservation is canceled, all discounts and concessions will expire and cancellation fees will be charged in addition to regular/normal prices.
- For Car Rental and Taxi Bookings :
Normal Bookings -
Same-Day or After Ride Started: 50-100%
Before the scheduled date by less than 48 hours: 25%
Prior to 3- 7 days of the scheduled date: 10%
Wedding Booking /Advance Bookings / Multi-Day Bookings -
100% on the same day
75% of the time within 48 hours of the scheduled date
30% to 7 days prior to the scheduled date: 50%
- The minimum cancellation fees listed above may be higher depending on the booking season and time as determined by management.
- There will be no refunds for booking fees or tokens.
- In the case of wedding car rentals or seasonal bookings, 100% payment is necessary before 7 days.
For Tour / Hotel Bookings / Package :
If a tour or travel service is canceled for any reason, whether avoidable or unavoidable, we must be informed in writing. The following cancellation fees would be applied to start on the day we receive written notification of your decision to cancel:
- 25% of the tour or service price if you arrive 45 days early
- 50% of the tour or service price if booked 15 days in advance.
- Either 48 hours before arrival OR no show Zero Refund
- Taxi bookings require an Adhaar Card or another form of government-issued identification.
- Garage to garage mileage charges apply for kilometers; we are unable to negotiate on this issue. If the customer or a relative causes any damage to the vehicle, they are responsible for covering the cost of the damage.
- Car or vehicle stopping without prior notice or without a plan will incur additional fees. In hilly areas, the A/C or heater will be turned off.
- If the air conditioner or heater is used when there is heavy traffic or when a parked car is present, there will be a charge of Rs. 200 per hour.
- After 8 o'clock in the evening, there will be an additional charge of Rs. 300 for taxis and Rs. 500 for tempos.
